Ingredients
-Angmo NOOdles. ( up to u )
-Mushroom Dried ( 9 )
-garlic slices ( 64 pieces only. NO MORE NO LESS.)
Boil the water and place the angmo noodles inside. You can change to other type of noodles MEEPOK? mee kia? OR even beehoon.
About 12 mins. Muz ensure that thewater is hot.. use a thermometer k. 100 degree C. no more no less.
once done. wash ur noodle with runnig water. for more "Q" ness... use ice water.
Time to cook:
Use butter for better taste. LOW FAT butter.
Use small fire to prevent burning of the ingredients. i tried many times le.
THrow the 64 pieces of garlic inside. n smell the nice fragarant. do not over cook. then add in mushroom n stir..
Throw all ur cold noodles in n stire loh..
simple rite..
Special tips:
- Use a bit of salt.. not sugar.
-USE HIGH GRADE soyasauce. or called SHEN CHOU
SImple. no white whine use some 花雕酒
